Born from a family's dream, kept by a family's hands.
Tropicana was born from the dream of several generations of one family — and it shows. Nothing here is outsourced to fashion: the oxtail cooks for hours, the octopus is grilled to order, and the desserts leave the kitchen the same day they are eaten.
Visitors come for the Puente Nuevo. They come back for the crujiente. One reviewer wrote: “book ahead in high season.” They were right.
